3. Ordering Process

Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or in-store.
For personalized items, customers must upload high-quality images. We are not responsible for poor output due to low-resolution uploads.
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified unless approved by our team.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required to confirm your order.
We accept UPI, cards, bank transfer, and other secure payment gateways.
We do not store any payment details on our servers. All payments are processed through trusted third-party providers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Products are shipped via trusted courier partners.
Delivery times may vary based on location and product type.
Frame House is not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers will receive tracking details upon dispatch.

6. Returns & Replacements

As products are customized, returns or refunds are not accepted unless:
- The product is damaged in transit
- The delivered item is incorrect (not matching your confirmed order)
In such cases, customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the issue.

All designs, logos, product images, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Frame House.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Customer Content

Any images, text, or design provided by the customer must not infringe on copyrights or contain offensive material.
