  • All products are custom-made and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
  • After dispatch, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.
  • You will receive tracking details via WhatsApp or email once your order is shipped.

🌍 Delivery Locations

We currently ship across India via reliable courier partners.
For orders outside India, please contact us directly for feasibility and shipping costs.

📦 Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping is free on most products unless otherwise mentioned.
  • Extra charges may apply for bulk orders, remote locations, or urgent deliveries. These will be communicated before order confirmation.

🕐 Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver within the promised time frame, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier or logistic issues
  • Unforeseen weather or regional disturbances

We are not liable for delays once the parcel has been handed over to the courier. However, we will actively support you in tracking and resolving such cases.

📦 Packaging & Handling

🔁 Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability:

  • We will attempt to contact you for re-shipping
  • Re-shipping costs must be borne by the customer
