We aim to deliver your order within 4 to 7 business days from the date of confirmation. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, holidays, or custom design requirements. Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:

βœ… Eligible for Return/Replacement if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or broken in transit
  • You receive the wrong item or design (different from your confirmed order)
  • The product has major printing or quality issues

To request a return:

  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue along with your order ID

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund (as applicable) at no extra cost.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns or refunds are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Customer uploaded low-resolution or incorrect images
  • Minor color or size variation (due to display or print limitations)
  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Delays caused by courier partners (we are not liable for third-party delays)
