At Frame House, we begin working on your personalized order as soon as it is confirmed. Because of the custom nature of our products, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

❌ Order Cancellation Window

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them.
After 1 hour, cancellation requests will not be accepted, as the production process may have already started.

📋 How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation within the allowed time:

Mention your Order ID and reason for cancellation

💰 Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved (within 1 hour), a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

🚫 Non-Cancellable Orders

We do not accept cancellations for:

Orders past 1 hour of confirmation
Personalized/customized products already in production
Urgent or express orders

We encourage customers to double-check their order details, images, and customization preferences before final confirmation.
If you’ve made a mistake and the 1-hour window has passed, please contact us. While cancellation may not be possible, we’ll try to help with a solution if production hasn’t started.
