π¦ Delivery Timeline
We aim to deliver your order within 4 to 7 business days from the date of confirmation. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, holidays, or custom design requirements. Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.
π Return & Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:
β Eligible for Return/Replacement if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or broken in transit
- You receive the wrong item or design (different from your confirmed order)
- The product has major printing or quality issues
To request a return:
- Contact us at support@framehouse.in or WhatsApp at 70082 01390 within 7 days of receiving the product
- Share clear photos/videos of the issue along with your order ID
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund (as applicable) at no extra cost.
β Non-Returnable Items
Due to the customized nature of our products, returns or refunds are not accepted in the following cases:
- Customer uploaded low-resolution or incorrect images
- Minor color or size variation (due to display or print limitations)
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Delays caused by courier partners (we are not liable for third-party delays)

If a refund is approved (in case of non-replaceable product damage or unavailability), it will be processed within 5β7 business days to your original payment method.
